📝 General Abstract Guidelines
  • The submitting author will be considered the presenting author unless specified otherwise.
  • Presenting author must be available at the assigned presentation date and time.
  • Preliminary schedule will be communicated on 30 July 2026.
  • Authorship must follow standard scientific norms.
  • Maximum 6 authors permitted.

📄 Abstract Layout
  • Language: English only
  • Word limit: 250–300 words
  • Maximum 2 tables/figures
  • Tables must be created using the submission platform tools
📄 References
  • References are permitted
  • Not included in the word count
📄 Additional Requirements
  • Presenting author must be a registered delegate
  • Declaration of prior presentation/publication is mandatory
⚠ General Policies
  • Only original work should be submitted.
  • Plagiarism will lead to rejection.
  • Decision of the Scientific Committee will be final.
  • Accepted abstracts will be published in the IJVES Supplement and will not affect future full publication eligibility.
  • Mandatory IJVES publication policy applies only to selected Oral Paper presentations.
🔍 Review & Evaluation Process
  • Blinded Peer Review
  • All submissions will undergo blinded peer review.
  • Abstracts will be reviewed by 5–7 Scientific Committee members.
  • Strict Anonymisation Policy
  • Do not include author names, institutions, or location details within the abstract body or figures.
  • Violation of anonymisation policy will lead to automatic rejection.

Notification of Results
  • Acceptance status and presentation category will be communicated on 30 July 2026.
🎤 Oral Paper Presentations
Selection
  • Top 60 abstracts will be selected for oral presentation.
  • Top 10 abstracts will remain on waitlist.
Presentation Format
  • Preliminary Round: 4 min presentation + 2 min discussion
  • Final Round (Main Hall): 4 min presentation + 2 min discussion
Mandatory Manuscript Submission

  • Top 3 Best Papers
